Winemaker's Notes

(From 2004 Vintage) The 2004 Reserva was sourced entirely from estate fruit. It is composed of 90%Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon which spent 18 months in French oak andwas bottled unfiltered. Purple-colored, it has an uplifting perfume of paingrille, scorched earth, violets, cinnamon, and blackberry liqueur. This leadsto a medium-bodied, dense, super-concentrated, spicy wine with layers offlavor.
