(1999 Vintage) All the exuberant aroma traditionally found in an intense, ripe red wine, with a sensual background of fine spices in good balance with perfumed notes reminiscent of blackberries. Full, long finish on the palate. The blend of Garnacha and Cariñena grapes that produce Gran Sangre de Toro are grown in the coastal area of the Penedès. This wine goes well with stuffed peppers, game, and meat dishes with spicy or sweet and sour sauces.
