(From 2012 Vintage) Nicely scented nose, floral and cedary spice. Then on the palate there is lovely ripe, dark cherry fruit, super-poise. This is rich but not thick, just a lovely texture and weight kept in check by spice and some earthy minerality.
(From 2006 Vintage) This is why people love Bordeaux. Not a great year but with a little age this is really doing great. Fresh and classic nose of bright red fruits, rocks and floral tones. This really comes alive on the palate, it's concentrated with tangy raspberry and earth but still has the tannins to balance and good acidity.
