(1997 Vintage) The William Hill Estate 2011 Chardonnay has aromas and flavors of ripe tree fruit and spice, with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. This well-balanced wine has a crisp acidity and subtle notes of vanilla and toast, complemented by a creamy mouthfeel.
Golden yellow, slightly green. Smells floral, oaky, and toasty, with a fair amount of vanilla. A heavier wine, tastes buttery but sweet. A classic chardonnay.
Creamy, good to sit and drink in winter
Creamy, green apple
