(From 2008 Vintage) This Chianti Classico comes from the continuous research of the diversity in our vineyards; the 50 different parcels that compose this wine have been vinified without any pumps, and aged separately in the new Fonterutoli cellar.
(From 2009 Vintage) Hand harvested grapes undergo separate temperature-controlled fermentation for 15-18 days. The Sangiovese is then aged for 16 months in new French barriques; the Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 18 months in new French barriques.
