(2010 Vintage) Iron Horse is probably most famous for Wedding Cuvee. It is without doubt the most romantic of our Sparkling Wines. Originally named for the vintner’s daughter, we meet people all across the country who have become engaged over a bottle of Wedding Cuvee, enjoyed it at engagements parties, rehearsal dinners, on honeymoons, anniversaries and in the delivery room, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and many other special occasions.
Wine Spectator(2008 Vintage) Rating: 92/100 - As reviewed by Wine Spectator on 11/14/2012
Wine & Spirits(2005 Vintage) The Wedding Cuvée is one of Iron Horse's sweeter bubblies, but it's not a sweet wine. It's soft, creamy and delicious. Brimming with flavors of green apples, strawberries, brioche and pepper, it continues the winery's brilliant tradition of crafting some of the finest sparkling wines in California.
Wine Spectator(2009 Vintage) The vibrant, rich qulaities make our wedding Cuvee the perfect partner to a range of dishes. Pair with a salad of frisee, a poached fram egg and thick cut bacon, a charcuterie and cheese platter featuring salumi and a triple creme, young goat and fresh ricotta cheese, or a spaghetti carbonara for something decadent.
