Light yellow. Good, fine and persistent, mousse. A somewhat shy nose of light white and yellow fruit, lemon peel, and a slight nutty touch. Good definition in mouth with more white fruit and good acid. A very classy and charming champagne
International Wine CellarRating: 91/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 99, November/December 2001. ($120) Understated, pure aromas of musky stone, orange, smoke and truffle. Full, ripe and harmonious; not a huge or superconcentrated wine but quite subtle and fine, with brisk, juicy flavors of orange and minerals. Lingering, ripe finish.
