(1989 Vintage) An exceptional Cabernet/Cinsault blend from Lebanons Bekka Valley.
This is the wine that made me drink wine. When I first stuck my nose in it the smell alone brought me right back to a very specific Bedouin village halfway between Jerusalem and Jericho. It was probably the smell of Goat Dung and Asphalt. Yeah, I know, but in a good way. Seriously. I was an anti-wine snob before this and now I'm writing reviews on Drync, so go figure... I'm just saying - go get a bottle. You won't regret it!
Lovely nose with plenty of mature sweet fruits.
