Winemaker's Notes

(From 2009 Vintage) Sour cherry, a little red raspberry, toasted cedar, and faint earthiness. Medium body with nice intensity and acidity on the palate. More earth and a little mushroom come through on the dry and tannic finish. Opening more with air, but still feels tight. Old world style that would be very food friendly.
