(From 2006 Vintage) Concentrated, lovely aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cassis. The mouthfeel is luscious and full withcontinued flavors of blackberry, cassis, black cherry with a suggestion of vanilla, coconut and cedar. The soft, round tannins and understated acidity of this wine complement the bright fruit characters to create a balanced Cabernet Sauvignon approachable now or worthy of cellaring for at least 10–15 years.
(From 2008 Vintage) 2008 showcases both the delicacy of the vintage and Jordan’s smooth, approachable style. The fruit is the focal point in this silky, elegant wine. Elegant aromas of cherries and plums are mirrored in the palate. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, with subtle red and black cherry flavors and a hint of spicy oak from barrel age that complements the fruit tannins.

Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wines(From 2000 Vintage) The fleeting hints of citrus and green apples in this one come and go all too quickly, and, in the absence of any semblance of varietal fruitiness and identifiable richness, the wine turns thin and slightly coarse as it crosses the palate and empties out into a forgettable finish.
