Château Mouton Rothschild Pauillac

Wine Description

(1996 Vintage) Ruby-red. Deep aromas of cassis, roasted plum, animal fur and graphite. Velvety in texture but with a powerful underlying structure. Very strong on the back end, which features substantial tongue-dusting tannins and subtle finishing flavor.

had basically no alcohol taste. hard to compare, either it was so good I didn't know it, or bad and don't want to admit it. was drinking Jordan that night too.
