(From 2008 Vintage) Decent Bordeaux from Pomerol. Smoothness provided by the merlot with a bit of spice from the cab franc. There's a touch of green vegetable and mustiness but this is receding with some air time. Not overly complex but there is some nice dark fruit, decent acidity and fairly tame tannins.
(From 2010 Vintage) The 2010 displays a solid core of fruit, with layers of chocolate, coffee and berry flavors adding character. Full and rich with velvety tannins and a long chewy finish.
