Wine Description

(From 2011 Vintage) A clean, rich, savoury aromatic fruit profile here, with rich black cherry fruit. The palate is clean, bright and promising. The fruit seems well defined, the texture of the palate appropriate and well matched by the tannins sitting behind it all. There is also a fresh seam of defining acidity. This is an attractive wine which already displays a great deal of harmony. And on the finish, there is a flourish of tannin and fruit.

Winemaker's Notes

(From 2010 Vintage) This wine is characterized by a deep color, almost black in its younger years. The expressive nose shows aromas of black fruits and spices. In the mouth has intensity while remaining smooth and civilized with its fine tannins. This is a charming and distinguished wine to drink young to its fullness and fruit, or even better to age slowly to find the characteristics of its terroir.
