Evolution is a blend of nine white varietals, including Pinot Gris, Muller-Thurgau, White Riesling, Semillon, Muscat Canelli, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sylvaner. It is extraordinarily food-friendly, from light salads to the hottest fusion-style cuisine. Organic/biodynamic (not certified).
