International Wine CellarPale silvery-green color. Very strong, persistent mousse. Complex aromas of peach, mango, sweet butter, minerals and toast. Just off-dry and quite fresh, with lively fruit salad, earth and toast flavors. Not at all heavyhanded for a somewhat sweet Champagne. Finishes brisk and fairly dry. Just lacks the nuance for 90 points, but this is a superb example of demi-sec.
