The wine uses grapes only selected from the DOC reigion and are re-fermented in pressurised tanks at controlled temperatures using local yeasts selected to highlight the typical characteristics of Carpene Malvolti wines. Fine and fruity on the nose, full-flavoured yet delicate, fresh and appealing.
