This rare wine (2% de l’AOC Chinon) is made with Chenin. This dry white is produced from calcaire soils. It is particularly fine and rich with aromas of honey and white fruit. Both rich and fresh, it makes and admirable partner to fish dishes in sauce, but is also great as an aperitif.
