With aromas of white chocolate, bacon fat and tobacco, the supple tannins provide a velvety texture of black raspberries and licorice interwoven with exotic spice. Beautifully balanced, with a firm structure, this wine is perfect to pair with grilled lamb, barbecue ribs, and beef bourguignon.
