Both the Syrah and Mourvedre component come from a Malmesbury vineyard with the Viognier sourced on Boekenhoutskloof. The reds were fermented using selected Rhone strain yeasts. French oak matured with Viognier blended prior to bottling. Egg white fined. Tasting notes: Abundance of black fruit flavors with hints of violet.
