Grapes for the California Collection Moscato were picked as soon as they achieved the perfect balance of ripe fruit flavors and vibrant structure. Winemaking techniques were employed to maintain the vivid flavors naturally found in Moscato grapes.

kbryanvery sweet. pear flavors? tried it slightly chilled with swordfish-not good. too contrasty. Tried it again today. It was well chilled overnight. Had it with granny smith apples and dubliner cheese. Very smooth and tasty! So I am glad to find a nice appertif!
