Francis Coppola officially opened the new location for his winery in Geyserville, Sonoma, in May 2007. Winemaker Corey Beck, who has been with Coppola since 1998, works closely with California growers to find the best fruit for each wine. This classic Cali Cab features aromas of cassis, cherry, spice and woodsmoke. It’s dry and fruity, with supporting tannins and refreshing acidity. It will work well with rich meat-based pasta, or as part of a relaxing evening with some premium dark chocolate. Coppola has a new film coming out soon called Twixt; toast his new filmic achievement with his vinous one.
