ruby red color aroma: canned asparagus, brown sugar, vanilla, caramel, hazelnut taste: mild, mid-front palate astringency, mushrooms, plum, musty, green, blackberry. long, sweet finish better smell than taste, but still good, and finish makes a big difference. would be really great with a red meat dish
