walkeranLooking for a wine to make you smile? The Mirth Chardonnay from Corvidae (an offshoot of the incredibly successful Owen Roe winery) will make you grin from ear to ear. Not only is it unbelievably affordable, but it's clean and vibrant and an absolute joy to drink. Made from Columbia Valley Chardonnay fermented entirely in stainless steel it has fresh golden apple, Meyer lemon and nectarine aromas and flavors all knit together by vibrant acdity. Perfect with salmon, a Pacific Northwest stable, or maybe geoduck, if you can find it.
