crisp, clean finish. bold apple flavour. drinks more as a Rose' than a Pinot Noir last bottle was not as good. lacked the crispness of the earlier bottles. seemed flat. Dave at Enoteca had advised that he did have some returned and expressed some concern. Will move on to other rose types such as Sokol Blosser or continue the adventure!
