Bit more substance than a NZ SB. More buttery than expected. Enough acid to balance food. Some apricot on the nose along with hint of melon and kiwi.

March 2011: Overly oaked. Nothing much to smell and the oak overpowered the rest of the wine. Ate with chicken.
