Pale, bright yellow. Penetrating aromas of pink grapefruit, lime, orange blossom and tarragon, with hints of capsicum and asparagus emerging with air. Juicy and racy but not hard, with a chewy, sappy texture and decent density to the grapefruit pith, pineapple, pepper and herbal flavors. There's a varietally expressive herbaceousness here but not enough to overwhelm the wine's fruit.

delicious on it's own or with fish. drank with Whipple, and with Sarah and beth.
