WINEMAKER'S NOTE
"Made from the Carmenere grape, this decadent Chilean wine brandishes a violet-ruby robe along with the typical green olive, green pepper, and cigar ash aromatics associated with this varietal, but also showcases delicious notes of chocolate syrup, herbs, cherries, and blood oranges. Soft, round, and juicy on the palate, this punchy, fruit-forward wine is medium-bodied and ready to drink now. A virtual clarion call to all other Carmenere producers in South America, this rousing iteration from Terra Andina has set the bar for this varietal...90" Sonoma Wine Journal 1/10

Perfect backyard summer red mdash; a bright purply-pink color in the glass with fresh aromas of violets and blackberries. Delightfully tasty on the palate with ripe berry, a hint of white chocolate and blueberries lasting on the finish. Great value mdash; Terra Andina Carmenere and Cabernet are my go-to bargain reds.
