Enticing aromas of orange blossom, peach, licorice, mint and white flowers. Juicy, spicy and firm, with lovely inner-mouth floral perfume to the peach and lichee flavors. A slight phenolic quality gives the wine grip without bitterness. Comes across as dry but not austere, thanks to a few grams of residual sugar. Should make a lovely aperitif.
