The Osoyoos Larose project is an impressive single vineyard joint venture between Vincor Canada and Groupe Taillan of Bordeaux since 2001. As the vines have aged and the understanding of the terroir has developed, the wine has risen to become one of Canada’s best. It is intensely flavoured, complex and built for aging, pairing nicely with prime rib.
