Erin, Martha, and I drank this the night Sebastian was born. Toast to our nephew from his aunt and uncle. We watched while you were sleeping at Jo and Matt's. Tastes like black cherries.

Drank at Hasta La Pasta. During aging, "daily punch downs" are done to extract color and flavor.

Mild flavored Pinot Noir

light tannins smooth finish. perfect to drink on it's own or with any light meal.

cherry flavor smooth light Pinot complimented lechon well light smoky finish

served at L. Woods. good but flat. Not acidic and doesn't burn.

smooth, no after taste<br/>altho slightly bitter to the mouth

tart. had with salad, may have been better with a savory meal

Very soft and round fruity wine. Balanced and easy drinker.
