Community Tasting Notes (average 86 pts. and median of 86 pts. in 3 notes)

This is a blend of grenache blanc 30%, bourboulenc 30%, ungi blanc (tribianno) 30%, roussanne 30%. The grapes are lightly crushed, clearified, cool fermented, 10% fermented in new oak, them lees-stirred. Clean and fresh, pale yellow with a hint of green. This white is med + on alcohol at 13%. It has some granny smith apple to it, but other then that it's non offensive and pairs well w cold apertifs of fish and light cold cuts.
