Berry Bros & Rudd review:<br/>Domaine Drouhin continue to produce Oregon's finest Pinot Noirs, but are increasingly gaining an outstanding reputation for the quality of their Chardonnays. This wine is fermented 50% in wood, of which 20% is new oak, and 50% in stainless steel tanks. <br/> <br/>The fermentation in oak adds richness and texture, while the part fermented in stainless steel retains a freshness and precision more reminiscent of a good Chablis.
