light tropical flavor and nose, hint of grapefruit but very well balanced acidity, clean and crisp, very refreshing, great with shellfish, light fish, salads, chicken

Doesn't taste much like a Sauvignon Blanc, but delicious. It has a heavier body with a sweeter apple taste.
