The green-tinged 2008 vintage sings with ginger, lemon and sage aromas that really blossom on the palate. There's a slight almond undertone on the wine that keeps it from becoming too ethereal. Try it with oysters on the half shell or Santa Barbara spot prawns grilled with garlic, lemon, olive oil and chile flakes.
