SWA 90 WS 87 - Jay Miller Wine Advocate 90 Points The 2008 Finca Resalso was made from the estate's younger Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) vines and aged in French oak for 4 months. Dark ruby-colored, it exhibits a nicely perfumed nose of violets, spice box, leather, and black cherry. This is followed by a medium to full-bodied wine with plenty of savory fruit, an easy-going personality, and excellent depth. This lengthy effort actually has 2-3 years of aging potential but can be enjoyed now. It over-delivers in a big way. Bodegas Emilio Moro is one of Ribera del Duero's benchmark producers. Wine Spectator 87 Points This round red offers cherry, plum, anise and herbal notes over light, firm tannins, with clean acidity and an herbal finish. Not powerful, but shows good balance. Drink now through 2013. 2,500 cases imported.-TM
