"The 2007 Stoan is 60% Chardonnay and 11% Pinot Bianco fermented in oak, and 22% Sauvignon and 7% Gewurztraminer fermented in steel. This is a wine of rare elegance and finesse where everything is simply in the right place. The aromatic varieties give the wine its compelling bouquet, while the Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco add volume and depth. This is a commendable effort from Tramin. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2011."
