From my perspective, this bottle represents one of the most exciting new white wines we have picked up this year! This wine delivers big, mouth-filling flavors of ripe spiced apples, peaches, and a soft cast of minerals. Toward the finish, there's just the right amount of acidity to keep the wine refreshing. I have thoroughly enjoyed this wine on its own, and as the "essence" of a great meal.
