Wine & SpiritsOne of the great values in California Cabernet Sauvignon (believe me, there are not many of them), this 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, a blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc, exhibits a deep ruby color as well as a sweet nose of red and black currants, spice box, and cedar. Richly fruity, with silky tannin, and a lush finish, this is the perfect Cabernet for restaurants to sell by the glass. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
