jkushnerLight purple colored with minimal rim variation. Nose of vanilla, chocolate nibs, cherry, limestone, resin. Medium plus acids, medium minus tannins, medium plus alcohol, medium sugars, flavors of cherry, oak, blackberry, coffee bean. Opens structured but becomes flabby with air. Good with beef and other grilled red meats.
