ejeffb2004Nose smells purple, fruity, but a hint of carrot, Dianne says hint of celery.now maybe some pencil shavings? great nose. Flavors tough to say, light white pepper, tannic. Coats the mouth, not too tannic, but will be better when tannins soften. big flavor, but kinda restrained? No wood whatsoever. Dianne gets some kinda earth on the backend.

aksnowden60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre. 2007 great year for Rhone Valley. Beautiful crunchy juicy blackberry & cherry, hints of underbrush, pepper, black cherries. Med body, silky feel.
