A step up in depth of flavor from the regular Wallula Vineyard offering, with notes of earth and petrol bringing another dimension. This has a nicely three-dimensional texture, and the touch of sweetness is currently overshadowed by some unabsorbed CO2

With a bent to ripe peaches and suggestions of honey, this very well-balanced offering sports plenty of juicy, keenly varietal fruit in an off-dry, minimally sweet style. It is enlivened by nicely fit finishing acids that bring both brightness and length, and it will make lovely warm-weather drinking in the company of cracked crab or grilled prawns.
