Lively, mildly figgy, green-apple fruit combines nicely with a bit of varietal grassiness and wispy suggestions of minerals in both the aromas and flavors of this vibrant young Sauvignon, and, if arguably a touch simple just now, it has the structure, the depth and the winemaking legacy to convince that it will only improve with age. Drink it now if you must with meaty white fishes, but we would counsel a few years of age.
