Green-gold. Smoky orange, melon and peach aromas are accompanied by deeper hints of honey and spun sugar. Broad and fleshy, with deep orchard and citrus flavors and a late note of floral honey. This is impressively round and rich for the price, and shows good finishing fruit and persistence. I've had plenty of $50 chardonnays that are less satisfying than this wine.
