Light yellow. Fresh pear and peach aromas are brightened by lemon and jasmine. Fleshy orchard fruit flavors offer good palate coverage and are firmed by lightly bitter citrus pith. Richer than many versions of this variety, with good finishing thrust and cling. This would work with richer shellfish dishes.
