This wine intentionally displays the dark and masculine side of what Cabernet can do on our property. Aromas of crushed black fruits, wet stone, iron, and meat dominate. Later those of toasted coconut and crème brulée emerge. It is super-thick, sweet, juicy, and very long on the palate a lurking monster of a wine.
