Wine & SpiritsBreathe in the oak and apple wood smoke, breathe out the scents of cherry skin. This wine is tight and light in body, yet there's a gelatin thickness backing up the texture. The fruit is shut down and needs to grow into that texture - as it may well do over the coming year.
