  • Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wines
Here is another well-made Pinot Noir from Castle Rock, this time with cherry and dried flower notes joined by quiet notes of brush vanilla and sweet cider. The wine is supple, even possibly a touch soft, but it is also accessible and well-enough balanced to work nicely with roasts, chops and even savory chicken dishes. GOOD VALUE
