User Tasting Note

baseballfanIt is a good wine, not great. I had it with steak, and it went okay. It had some acidity, and that became better as it breathed. I was hoping for something with the same quality as other Cameron Hughes wines, but this missed the mark. I recant what I said. This wine needs to breathe one, if not two, days. After that, it is fantastic. It has a very smooth taste with almost no acidity.
