Light yellow. Fresh-cut grass and lime on the nose, with subtle floral and mineral overtones; this smells like a Loire sauvignon blanc, and a good one at that. Clean, midweight citrus flavors are given bite by bitter lime pith. Becomes weightier with air, taking on a pear flavor on the finish, which also leaves juicy lime and grapefruit flavors behind. I really like this wine's focus and energy.
