did not enjoy. perfect Sunday afternoon except for the wine. coffee on nose, black fruit with a copper finish that wasn't pleasant. wine got better after hard decant but would not want to try again.

compared to a 2005 Paulliac at a tasting. very pleased with both bottles. the baldacci needed at least an hour to have its flavour show.

Its dark ruby/purple color is accompanied by aromas of blue and red fruits, medium body and sweet tannin in a Bordeaux style.
